About the Opportunity:
Ventia is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Work Order Integrity Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on reviewing, analysing and rectifying Planned and Reactive Work Orders across various platforms such as SAP, Power BI, and MS Office Applications. Reporting directly to the Manager of Maintenance Operations, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply your expertise to achieve operational KPIs.
This role is a permanent full-time opportunity base in the Adelaide CBD office - 77 Wakefield Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Investigations: Manage daily P1, P2 failures and open work orders, providing accurate performance forecasts.
- Monitor and Close Work Orders: Ensure timely closure of Planned and Reactive Maintenance (PM & RM), including monthly close-outs and KPI submissions to clients.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform analytics and investigations into performance failures, delivering solutions and recommendations.
- Backlog Management: Oversee the management of PM and RM backlogs, including work on hold, to meet established targets.
- Improvement Initiatives: Drive and execute continuous improvement activities to enhance PM and RM performance.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Regularly produce detailed reports on performance and status, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Subcontractor Management: Act as the escalation point for subcontractors and the Work Order Integrity team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Business, Business Administration, Leadership, or a similar qualification. (Highly regarded)
- Experience in procurement processes and a proven ability to lead subcontractor engagement, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and managing operational delivery teams to achieve both strategic and tactical outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis across a variety of platforms, including SAP, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse, synthesise and select the best solution from a range of competing alternatives.
