Opportunity:
Ventia is seeking a skilled Vendor Help Team Lead to manage and coordinate the vendor help team in the delivery of services under the AGFMA contract. This role oversees the full subcontract lifecycle, from contract onboarding to performance monitoring and support.
The Vendor Help Team Lead ensures compliance with AGFMA and other contractual obligations, aligning the supply chain with head contract objectives. The Vendor Help Team will report directly to the Vendor Help Team Lead, who will provide guidance and leadership to ensure the successful execution of vendor help processes.
This is a permanent full-time role, based at our AGFMA head office in Wakefield Street, Adelaide CBD, working Monday to Friday. You will ensure Ventia maintains a compliant, effective supply chain and meets its contractual obligations.
