Join Ventia as a Training and Development Lead and oversee the SAPMICM (South Australian Prisoner Movement and In-Court Management) training function. In this role, you will ensure training activities and refresher schedules meet compliance standards, track training compliance, manage scheduling, and deliver programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Cavan office, with short periods of intrastate travel to sites across South Australia, as required.
