As an integral member of the Digital Services Team, you will build strong delivery process across the team and shape, influence and implement enterprise-wide strategic decisions and agenda around customer centricity, safety, sustainability, diversity, innovation, digital enablement and business improvement.

About the Role: 

  • Permanent full-time position. This is an onsite role, 5 days a week, as the role supports staff physically located at Ventia offices like Parramatta, North Sydney, etc.
  • There is a requirement to travel to other Ventia sites around the office location. The ability to drive between sites is a must.

Reporting into the Local EUC & Digital Workplace Lead, the specialists are the face of Digital Services at our sites. A customer focused role that ensures a fantastic user experience for our staff when interacting with our technology hardware and applications. The role engages with key stakeholders from the business to deliver EUC & Digital Workplace solutions that enhance employee engagement and increase productivity.

  • Provide a simplified customer centric experience at the onsite Tech Bar for staff with 1st and 2nd level technology issues.
  • Deliver endpoint management enhancements and ensure Essential 8 and CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
  • Provide AV concierge support for onsite meeting rooms, digital signage and video conferencing. Escalate to partners and manage resolution of AV incidents.
  • Continuously drive service improvement for EUC & Digital Workplace.
  • Assist in asset management of hardware, ensuring adequate stock controls are in place.
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes. Improving employee engagement and ensuring compliance for security and DLP.

About you:  

  • Knowledge and experience in understanding End User Compute solutions maintain high Standards, enhance Security & Risk posture.
  • Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365 and Mobility.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve and continuously learn new technologies.
  • Customer focused mindset and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through.
