We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our team, where you'll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of Ventia’s operational systems. This position serves as a critical bridge between our technology and operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and system efficiency.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the implementation, configuration, and testing of new operational systems and system upgrades.
- Collaborating with IT to ensure seamless system integration, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Analysing existing systems to uncover inefficiencies and recommending improvement strategies.
- Building strong working relationships across operational, IT, and software development teams to drive cohesive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a technical or systems analyst role.
- Familiarity with SAP is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to engage professionally across all levels of the organisation.
- A solution-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
