Service Administrator

Ventia are seeking a proactive Service Administrator for our AMC CUF contract based in Henderson, WA.

Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand. They currently manage the Australian Marine Complex, Common User Facility on behalf of the WA government. The AMC CUF is a multi-industry, multi-user facility serviced by a deep-water port, a floating dock and transfer system, specialised load out wharves, extensive laydown and assembly areas and several large fabrication halls.

Working as part of a small close-knit team, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Business Development functions by:

  • Onboarding new customers and subcontractors. 
  • Requesting service quotes for existing customers and coordinating delivery for requested works / services
  • Running reports as required utilising SAP, ARIBA and MS Office
  • Administrative duties such as data entry and updating of CRM 

To succeed in this role you will ideally have: 

  • Previous experience in a service environment or project admin on large sites
  • Ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors in a professional manner 
  • High attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and co-ordination of multiple contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads including using initiative, problem solving and meeting objectives
