Senior People and Capability Business Partner

As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner you will form part of the Ventia Telecommunications team and take the lead in developing sound people and culture strategies to support our sector.

This position will partner with senior leaders and executives within our Wireless and Operation Services business units to develop and implement strategic P&C initiatives that align with organisation goals and drive business success.

You will use your P&C expertise and business acumen to provide insights and solutions to enhance organisational performance, business engagement. Talent management and overall P&C effectiveness. 

This is a 9 month fixed term position with Hybrid flexible working with time in the office and work from home.

Options to base yourself from our North Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Corporate offices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Enterprise-wide engagement to find best practice ideas and solutions to weave into Ventia’s bid solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both at the executive leadership and operational levels.
  • Support the development and implementation of key initiatives that solve strategic P&C problems and drive people outcomes.

Key Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar generalist role – as a Senior P&C Business Partner 
  • Knowledge and experience providing Bid support to organisations would be of benefit
  • Previous experience in change management, providing solutions to operational challenges 
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Be action orientated and have the confidence to advocate change is required
