Scheduling Analyst
Ventia is Australia's largest and most diverse provider of estate support services and facilities management, operating across all states and territories. We are looking to engage a Scheduling Analyst on a full-time permanent basis to manage our rostering functions using Deputy.

What you’ll do:
- Roster Development: Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels in line with operational needs, business hours, and staff availability.
- Shift Coordination: Allocate shifts for employees while accounting for their preferences, availability, and operational requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff and managers on using the rostering system efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with system protocols.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, liaising with the software vendor to address technical problems or system failures.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyse reports on staff scheduling, attendance, labour costs, and other key metrics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
About You:
- Demonstrated expertise in rostering, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Proficient in computer systems with hands-on experience in system administration or technical support for rostering software. Experience with Deputy is highly preferred, or familiarity with similar platforms such as Kronos, Humanforce, or When I Work is also valued.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage intricate schedules and system configurations with great attention to detail.
