We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to support our team and work closely with the Project Manager and Director in our Withcott Workshop.
About the role and key responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and executing projects, including large-scale operations.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Address enquiries, resolve issues, and engage with stakeholders and vendors to finalise variations (scope, budget, time).
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports, and ensure smooth communication between teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Support the Project Manager/ Senior Management with project needs, report on progress and updates, and prepare quotes in collaboration with other departments.
- Collect and analyse project data, fostering strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
Who You Are:
- You have a strong background in administration, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- You're eager to start a career in project management and have an interest in the oil and gas industry.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
