About Us

GCISolutions is a 50: 50 Joint Venture, between Ventia and Downer, and delivers works and services in a collaborative partnership with the City of Gold Coast Council’s Water and Waste Department (WW) to maintain, renew and improve the performance of its assets, under the new Asset Lifecycle Delivery Service (ALDS) program.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Program Scheduler plays a pivotal role in coordinating the renewals program of works. In this role, you will develop and maintain master schedules, track project progress, and contribute to the efficient delivery of works and services. Your expertise will ensure all stakeholders stay informed and projects run on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive master schedule for the program of work.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Prepare and coordinate project reporting for various committees, including the Joint Operations, Strategy, and Steering Committees.
  • Assess project risks and contribute to improvement strategies.
  • Execute 3–6-month look-ahead forecasts, ensuring resource requirements are validated and levelled.
  • Track productivity rates and recommend effective controls.
  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver optimal project solutions.
