Marketing and Communications Advisor

We’re seeking a full-time permanent Marketing and Communications Advisor to support our busy Defence contract to deliver a broad program of marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives.

What you will be doing:

If you love marketing and communications, get a thrill from being involved in lots of exciting projects and embracing change, this is the job for you! You'll be required to:
- Write, edit and coordinate content for internal and external audiences and channels, including social media posts, newsletter articles, website stories, eDMs, formal letters and long-form articles.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our Defence client, Ventia's executive and general management teams, as well as our external partners and providers.
- Support the planning, implementation and marketing of Defence campaigns and initiatives.
- Co-ordinate and support participation in various events.
- Administration support for the Defence marketing team as required.
About you:
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
- Previous experience in marketing or communications.
- Demonstrated superior writing ability with critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
