Ventia are currently seeking an experienced Planner to contribute to our newly awarded water contract, start your journey at Ventia and apply today!   

The Maintenance Planner can be based in the following regions:  

  • Gold Coast 
  • Brisbane  
  • Sunshine Coast  

About the Contract   

Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.   

Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

As a Planner you will be developing, reporting and monitoring the planned maintenance works in an efficient manner, consistent with contractual targets throughout South East Queensland.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager in planning discussions with Client 
  • Looking at ways to make the Planning process more efficient, including use of technology 
  • Implementing and maintaining necessary planning and procedures, to ensure all planned work meets or exceeds timeframes, deadlines and budgeted margin 
  • Planning of works to align with allocated budget and hours to meet future requirements 
  • Be up to speed with current and long-term outages 

About you 

  • Experience in planning work orders and look a heads across an asset maintenance contract  
  • Experience in corrective, preventative and planned works 
  • Experience in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Mainpac, Maximio and or similar 
  • Power BI (Advantageous) 
  • C Class drivers licence (Advantageous)
