Leading Hand (A1-Team Coordinator)

The Leading Hand (A1) is responsible for the onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams. 

  • $61.77ph + overtime & weekend penalties
  • $4.00 per hour site allowance 
  • Tool Of Trade vehicle
  • 10/4 Roster
  • Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $332.70 per day
  • 3% rate escalation in 2025

 
About the Role:

  • Facilitate and deliver planned works on time
  • Ensuring your team is compliant and has access to all tools and equipment
  • Carry out work efficiently will all relevant project details recorded accurately
  • Liaising and supporting field supervisors with regards to works delivery

About you: 

  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
  • Current driver's licence – HR Desirable.
  • HRWL, EWP, DG, LF
  • Authorised to work on the Western Power sector - desirable
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position
