Ventia has been awarded a fantastic new 5-Year contract, and we're on the lookout for 3 skilled Glove & Barrier Lineworkers to join our team on the Western Power Contract!  Plus, we’ve just raised our rates, making this the perfect time to come on board! As a Glove & Barrier Lineworker you will perform routine planned maintenance and project work according to Western Powers standards and specifications.

  • $57.82ph + overtime & weekend penalties
  • $4.00 per hour site allowance
  • $61.10 per day High Voltage Line Work Allowance
  • 10/4 Roster
  • Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $341.90 per day
  • 3% rate escalation 2025

About you 

  • Proven experience carrying out electrical linework
  • Prior experience working on High Voltage Live Lines (G&B)
  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
  • Current driver's licence – HR Desirable
  • HRWL, EWP, DG, LF, CV or higher desirable
  • Authorised to work on the Western Power sector - desirable
  • Work well within a team
