Facilities & Project Manager
Join our team as a Facilities & Project Manager, supporting the AGFMA APY lands and GEH contracts by making a positive impact. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for nurturing and enhancing communication among stakeholders and ensuring facility and project deliverables align with client and contractual commitments for the AGFMA and GEH contracts. This position offers flexibility, and autonomy with regular travel involving 5 one-week blocks annually to the APY Lands to provide essential guidance and support to SA Government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee diverse projects and facilities management activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and key performance indicators related to sustainability and client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Ventia to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Monitor technical performance and productivity in collaboration with Ventia Teams, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure safety compliance and provide guidance to subcontractors through regular site visits and inspections.
- Serve as the primary contact for facilities management matters, effectively managing inquiries and access plans.
- Collaborate with the Ventia Operations Centre for contract delivery and provide on-call support when needed.
- Be open to travel into remote areas, requiring overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management within the building industry or relevant industry experience
- Current driver’s license
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong experience in facilities and project management
- Proven leadership skills in managing projects and subcontractor performance
