Estimator
Ventia are seeking an Estimator to join their Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time permanent position within our Arndell Park office.
The estimator will be responsible for estimating, tendering, reviewing tenders/pricing, and assessment of sub-contractor proposals within the contract.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tenders and quotes and associated reporting
- Participate in bid teams in preparation of estimates
- Prepare project estimates, risk profiles, scheduling, labour cost calculations and cost estimates for in-house and external services
- Assist the associated businesses with the provision of proforma pricing schedules for issue to suppliers and subcontractors and subsequent review of received information
- Provide handover and debrief of estimate build-up to the project manager
- Source and identify, then evaluate, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers
About You
- Experience within the construction & transport industry
- Experience using estimating software (Preferably Expert & Candy)
- Experience in civil engineering
- Valid Drivers License & White Card
- Advanced IT and computer skills
