Electrical Design Engineer
We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Telecommunications/Wamarra team in Adelaide, SA. Flexible working conditions are available (hybrid/remote).
In this role within our Critical Infrastructure division, you will assist with developing detailed electrical designs, producing cost estimates for materials and labor, supporting the construction team, and updating databases and as-built drawings.

About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience as an Electrical Engineer/Designer
- Technical knowledge of Low Voltage and DC power
- Proficiency in bill of quantities preparation
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings
- Competence in MS Office, especially Excel for bill preparation and cost estimates
- Knowledge of MS Access, MS Power Automation, and Power Apps (desirable)
- A current manual driver’s license
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- Familiarity with ISO9001, OH&S, and environmental regulations
Preferred but Not Essential:
- Ability to develop solar and battery designs for the commercial market
- Knowledge of the solar industry and relevant regulations
- Basic understanding of LV/HV AC electrical systems
