Data Analyst

Ventia are looking to engage a Data Analyst to work on our Defence Contract, in a Full-Time permanent position, working from our East Perth office.  This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in Data Analytics and management.

About the role:

  • Work closely with the contract to improve processes and systems
  • Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques 
  • Conduct data collection, data validation, simulation, and analysis to present recommendations 
  • Manage day-to-day processes of a work order management system
  • Work closely with the wider team to develop new and improved reporting methods

About you:

  • Degree in a commercial / finance related discipline
  • Previous SAP, SQL / Python, Macro or Power BI experience – Highly regarded but not essential
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
