In support of this newly awarded contract, Ventia are seeking a Capability Manager to oversee and manage the operations at Bandiana. This position will also see you oversee Operations at Puckapunyal, with the assistance of a Fire Station Manager.
About the role
The Capability Manager will primarily be responsible for providing leadership over the operational teams. This will support their successful deployment of personnel and equipment to provide Defence with immediate response capability. Ventia’s preferred candidate is somebody with a strong people management background, experience with partnering with unions and the ability to build relationships with the base community. Fire experience is not essential.

Someone with a background in Human Resources that is looking to make the change into an Operational role would succeed at this role.
You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to Apply.
