About the Role
The role provides resource and project-based assistance to the team during the delivery of projects and has a broad range of duties and accountabilities which assisting with travel and mobilisation, training and compliance requirements and supporting the logistics and project support team in all ad-hoc administration duties. Tasks may include:

  • Office management (stationery, staff amenities, travel and accommodation, medical bookings, etc.)
  • End of month accruals (labour, purchase orders etc.)
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Invoicing and receipting
  • Expense claims
  • Assisting with Service Desk / Help Desk requests
  • Managing IT for staff including maintaining allocation registers (iPads, mobiles, laptops)
  • Supplier and Customer set up
  • Updating registers and coordinating the transfer of documentation via various systems (SharePoint, ERMS, Aconex)
  • Maintaining Ventia Systems including VisRes (3rd party contractor insurances and safety onboarding)
  • Payroll – time sheeting 

Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and be a strong team player who will assist the region to achieve their required outcomes.

  • Have initiative with a can-do attitude
  • Computer literate, proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in SAP or Ariba (highly regarded)
  • Have strong communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail and sound time management skills
