Storeperson
At Ventia, we’re dedicated to supporting our client working with the Australian Defence Force in deploying critical health systems and managing medical assets that benefit our community. If you have a strong background in warehousing, we have a great Storeperson opportunity for you! Work with defence assets and join our stores team in Bundamba, QLD.
Work Hours: Week 1: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm (Friday is 7:30 am – 4 pm) | Week 2: 7:30 am to 5 pm – Monday to Thursday (Friday - Rostered Day Off).

Requirements:
- Current Forklift License (LF) is required.
- Proven experience operating a forklift.
- Warehouse or Defence industry background with experience in Defence Inventory Systems, SAP, and ERP is a plus
- Current High Reach license is highly regarded.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (Car / Light rigid truck).
- Must be an Australian citizen capable of obtaining a Defence Security Clearance.
In this role, you will
- Perform stores, warehousing, distribution and transport activities
- Ensure proper custody of stores, e.g. stock check of quantities check for deterioration of equipment, expiry of shelf life & Security of inventory
- Apply quality control techniques to your work and to the work of other staff
- Participate in monthly Toolbox Meetings
