About the position:
Based in Cooma, the Information Systems Administrator plays a critical role in managing Snowy 2.0’s information systems. This position is responsible for IT oversight, data process management, and system integration, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Information Systems Administration
- Maintain the Information Systems register and ensure compliance.
- Oversee data migration and change management processes.
- Configure and support project systems, including Aconex.
Cybersecurity and Information Security
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and recovery plans.
- Monitor compliance and safeguard sensitive systems.
- Address security incidents to protect project assets.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with IT, suppliers, and contractors to resolve system issues.
- Support the Information and Document Control team.
- Foster trust and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a professional with experience managing access and security controls for SaaS and PaaS systems. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive) and/or Microsoft 365 (including Power BI) is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively, will set you up for success. You’ll be working closely with the Snowy 2.0 Information Management and Cyber Security teams, as well as key stakeholders such as FGJV and Voith, ensuring seamless and secure system operations.
