The Role

As a vital part of our team, the Governance and Reporting Coordinator will report to the Governance Manager and play a crucial role in facilitating effective project coordination and administrative tasks across various areas such as Project Governance, Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Documentation.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Project Leadership team within Snowy Hydro's established project governance framework and aiding in the implementation of efficient governance and administrative standards.
  • Leading project governance administration and coordination entails preparing timely pre-read packs for key governance meetings and actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed punctually according to agreed timelines.
  • Scheduling and managing both regular and ad hoc meetings, ensuring stakeholder participation, documenting, tracking and distributing meeting minutes, as well as ensuring clarity regarding stakeholder responsibilities and expectations.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of accurate and auditable project documentation such as the PMD, RAID, RACI, and Schedules.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to gather and report on key metrics, providing insights into the data and highlighting trends to improve the overall program performance.

With a profound understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks, combined with strong organisational and time-management skills, ensures effective project delivery.
