A tertiary qualification in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, combined with proven experience in generation, energy infrastructure design/construction, or a related industry. Deep technical expertise in hydropower infrastructure—from design and manufacturing to installation and commissioning—will be key to project success. Proactive and detail-oriented, with an ability to confidently navigate change, solve complex problems, and make strategic decisions with precision. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
