SHEQ Advisor


Excellent opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Advisor who will drive service excellence on within Living Services contracts in Western Australia. All Living Services projects are located in remote regions, the role will require you to be away to work away from home for short periods of time to complete site visits. This role is advertised as a Monday - Friday role.
 

As a pivotal member of the Living Services team, you will partner with contracts / projects within their designated area and regional contracts as required and coach and mentor operational staff in the development and application of their Health, Safety, Environment and Quality on and off the job. 
 

In addition, the role will also provide technical capability to drive the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System to meet legal, contractual, and other business requirements.

  • Tertiary Qualification in Workplace/ Occupation Health and Safety, Environmental or equivalent
  • Formal training in incident investigation (ICAM) - desirable 
  • Management Systems and Lead Auditor Qualifications - desirable 
  • Cert IV in food science or equivalent food safety knowledge – optional.
  • Experience as an HSE Advisor in construction projects on remote sites, is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, well organised, focused, and productive with the ability to complete projects on time.
  • Highly customer-service focused and team-oriented.
