About the Role:
As our People & Culture Business Partner you will provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to deliver high performance outcomes for our business leaders supporting key P&C initiatives.
This position will work within our Defence & Social Infrastructure sector with a truly diverse range of stakeholders and workforce. The sector delivers a comprehensive range of project management, engineering, operations, maintenance, and soft services nationally.
Accountable for you own portfolio this is a true generalist role that will have a key focus across a range of P&C deliverables including employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives.
This position can be based from office locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth with flexible hybrid working splitting your time in the office and work from home.
6 month fixed term position with possible extension.
