About the Role
This role includes a mix of content production responsibilities, from writing and editing breaking news and SEO articles to mentoring colleagues, as well as the opportunity to help shape Canstar Blue’s energy-related digital tools, marketing campaigns and PR.
  
Become a senior member of a tight-knit team of content, PR and marketing professionals at the country’s most trusted comparison site, where you can showcase your skills in:

  • Digital content production across a range of content types
  • SEO implementation, tracking and strategy
  • Interpretation and communication of research findings
  • Developing and maintaining external information sources and industry contacts
  • Collaborating with commercial colleagues to support revenue initiatives
  • Adhering to internal and external compliance requirements in regulatory environments.

  
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A minimum of five years in content production experience, ideally in a digital environment
  • Experience and/or interest in one or more energy sectors: electricity, gas, solar, green/carbon neutral energy
  • Excellent content writing skills, with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Degree-level qualification in Journalism, Communications or similar (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (desirable)
  • Familiarity with WordPress (desirable)
