About the role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle communications that drive adoption, engagement and retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies and journeys, delivering personalised experiences that align with business objectives while making a meaningful impact on customers' financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy, Engagement and Retention

  • Design and execute CRM strategies aligned with business objectives across key customer segments to enhance adoption, engagement and retention rates.
  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing activities and initiatives to include, campaign development, asset creation, campaign execution and reporting
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through personalised, data-driven experiences and collaborate with various teams to resolve any customer-related issues.
  • Utilise data and behavioural insights to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products or services to existing customers
  • Generate reports and provide insights around the impact of lifecycle marketing activities and identify opportunities for revenue and growth
  • Self-manage schedules and multiple projects to align with business needs

Workflow Wizard and Database Management

  • Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Optimise workflows, event triggers, and sequences to nurture customers through the funnel.
  • Work with stakeholders and teams to manage data flow between systems, ensuring accurate segmentation and data integrity to deliver targeted, personalised communications.
  • Streamline consent management and unsubscribe processes within automated workflows.
  • Ensure data usage and management of marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of X years’ experience in developing and implementing CRM strategy and optimising customer lifecycle journeys using enterprise-level ESP, CRM or Marketing Automation tools.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable results through lifecycle and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics to optimise journeys and offer recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail with a data-driven mindset to inform strategies and optimise performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and consent rules.
  • Experience in building/modifying email templates with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with or understanding of WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.
  • Basic skills in Photoshop, Figma or other design programs, or a willingness to learn.
