As a Customer Service Officer , you’ll be the frontline ambassador for Canstar Group, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service across multiple platforms. You will handle customer enquiries, engage with our online community, and provide insights that help shape our product offerings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, app, website, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with online communities by addressing comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Gather and communicate customer insights to the product team to drive improvements.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on customer interactions, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and care.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA/Confluence is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with financial services and products is beneficial.
