My role at King Living suits flexible work arrangements whether that be providing service to primary stakeholders, working with our consultants and advisers or liaising with a myriad of external suppliers. Interactions may occur at different locations, in different time zones and through different mediums. The commitment by King Living to flexibility allows me to perform my role productively and efficiently.

Flexibility allows me to focus on my work objectives without the necessity to plan around daily commutes and lost productivity. I am resourced to be my own mobile office, whenever and wherever required.

While it is cliché, flexibility provides me with a much better work-life balance. Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle not only improves outcomes for myself, my family and life outside work but makes me a more well-rounded and committed employee.
