Being a family business, KING do really understand the importance of family and being able to balance the requirements of home life while still contributing to a thriving global business.

What that looks like for me?

I currently work three days a week, enabling me to care for and spend extra time with my elderly mum. I am also able to do a mix of my working days in the office and also working from home which allows me to structure my days depending on what I have on.
