Based in our Treatment & Resource Recovery (TARR) headquarters in Osborne Park, you will be managing the corporate document control system for the Business Unit.

Not limited to, you will assist with the technical operational document writing of Operations & Maintenance assets manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Your attention to detail is second to none!
You can deliver on your promise by prioritising workloads and responding to issues in an efficient manner. You will have an array of stakeholders within the Business Unit, therefore excellent communication skills will be vital.

Work in a team full of a dynamic mix, fun and friendly bunch. They will be there to support you on your journey as a Technical Advisor.
Micro-managing? Not here! Working in a semi-autonomous team, where your manager will provide support and guidance all whilst empowering you to do your work.
The fundamentals of the role:
Provide technical writing capability to develop key technical operational documents required to manage the Business Unit’s operational asset management risks.
Liaise with operations and maintenance to gather technical data required for developing key technical operational documentation.
Manage and continuously improve the TARR Controlled Document System.
Utilise corporate systems to safely store and make visible key operational documentation to operational staff, including documents issued by contractors for new assets.
Utilise corporate standards and templates to develop key technical operational documents, and input into the development of corporate standards and templates for operational documentation.
Ability to work across functions/sections/business units to facilitate integration for the purposes of documentation development.
Qualifications and Experience.
Tertiary level qualification in Engineering-related discipline.
Considerable experience producing technical operational documentation.
*Bonus Points* Knowledge of water or wastewater related infrastructure assets and systems desirable.
Valid WA driver’s license.
