What does a Wastewater Operator do?
As an Operator, you’ll be actively involved in outdoor work, focusing on the repair and maintenance of the Water Corporations wastewater infrastructure. You’ll play an essential role in managing and maintaining sections of the extensive 56,800 km pipeline network across Western Australia.
We’re looking for multiple candidates to join our newly formed Pipe Rehabilitation Crew, where you’ll handle a variety of tasks, including routine and scheduled maintenance, emergency response and repairs, investigative work, CCTV inspections, drain cleaning, and pipe rehabilitation using patch / point repair methods. This role provides an opportunity to develop a diverse set of skills, setting you on a potential path toward technical expertise or leadership in the future.

In this role you will be doing some driving, so a WA C class driver’s licence is essential as a minimum – HR class licence is beneficial.
Experience in pipeline rehabilitation, with strong technical skills and industry experience
WPNET037 – Inspect Sewer or Stormwater Assets qualification (desirable )
MSMSS00018 Operate High-Pressure Water Jetting Systems (desirable)
