Imagine no longer, we have a permanent Leadership role available in Geraldton as a Service Delivery Manager.
Lead the Regional Service Delivery team to deliver water services, wastewater services, drainage and irrigation services to customers across the region in accordance with the Corporations operating licence.

What you can expect with this role
- Demonstrating leadership by ensuring all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority
- Manage the development and delivery of regional service delivery policies, strategies and plans that align with corporate, divisional and regional objectives
- Develop employee capability through mentoring, coaching and ensuring awareness of corporate/technical training opportunities as appropriate
- Build and maintain constructive internal and external relationships to deliver excellent business outcomes for the region
- Ensure that key contingency and emergency response plans are effectively exercised
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Vocational or higher level education qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant business experience
- Extensive leadership and operational line management experience
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance practices relating to the provision of water services
- Capability to manage, develop and deploy people to enhance business capability
- Highly developed relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Developed conceptual and analytical skills
