About the role:

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity within our Transformation Design Authority Business Unit for a Senior Process Analyst. In this important role, you’ll be integral to uplifting process management maturity at Water Corporation, from within the influential Transformation Office.

About you:

There are a few things we would like to see in your CV;

  • You’ll have a degree in IT, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in process design and/or architecture. Top candidates will have experience developing and managing standards, methodologies, tools and frameworks, as well as coaching and facilitating communities of practice.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to build trust and transform Water Corporation into the future.
  • Candidates with experience using SAP Signavio, ARIS, Promapp or other process platform would be highly regarded for this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include but not limited to:

  • Train, coach and support our people to analyse and design end-to-end process maps
  • Collaborate with process architects to ensure that the design and standards set are uniformly applied and implemented.
  • Work collaboratively with our project teams to ensure a cohesive approach across the process architecture.
  • Role model best practice for process management and support people across the process lifecycle.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders to support their process transformation and uplift process management capability.
  • Promote publication of process in our central repository.
  • Opportunity to work on several multi-year transformation programs.
