About the role

We have a permanent opportunity for a Remote Inspections UAV / ROV Support Pilot / Operator joining our Inspection Operations team in Shenton Park. You’ll support and operate remote vehicles, NDT equipment and other measurement and inspection devices to capture data on the condition of Water Corporation’s water, wastewater and drainage assets. What the role will involve

  • Scoping, planning and executing inspection works to safely deliver high quality condition data
  • Contributing to equipment maintenance
  • Site supervision and coordination of internal and external resources
  • Civil enabling works

Key skills and experience

You’ll hold a remote pilot’s licence (RePL) and or experience with pipe crawlers and ROV submersibles, along with knowledge of geospatial, mapping systems. Your analytical skills, problem solving and ability to build and drive positive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders will ensure success in this role. A HR drivers licence, and high risk licence (Forklift & Dogging) will also be required.
