About the role

This is a pivotal role, joining our Perth Region Field Services team in Canning Vale. You’ll enable issue resolution, maintenance, enhancement, and transition of IT business systems for the team, and coordinating accountability for accurate financial and process data management and reporting.

You would be responsible for

  • Ensuring that applicable revenue and other business rules are identified and incorporated into our IT based data management and reporting systems (incl. REDACT, QUESTOR, REMORA and WORBB)
  • Monitoring quoted works billing and management reporting system to identify and investigate system problems and provide recommendations and solutions
  • Ensuring system data integrity and accuracy for auditing purposes
  • Data interrogation and analysis to resolve issues, and respond to customer queries and refund requests
  • Maintaining process and system documentation
  • Working closely with relevant Corporate Teams to ensure IT systems and reimbursement requirements are developed and maintained within corporate guidelines

Our ideal candidate

  • Considerable experience with using and understanding corporate data base systems, including SAP, Grange and Maximo
  • Understanding of Access programming
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer and negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative, work ethic, committed team player, and able to prioritise work
