About the role
Are you a motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and an out of the box way of thinking?
Do you enjoy communicating and facilitating with internal and external stakeholders?
Joining a large team within Operations Services projects based across WA, you will assist our Project Leaders and Project Coordinators to manage capital and non- capital projects. Working in line with the objectives of stakeholders you will assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards. No two days are the same in this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow stepping up when required and building your project management skills in a supportive and processes driven environment.
This role is available to local residents of Karratha, Bunbury, Albany or Perth

What the role will involve
Key skills and experience
You’ll have experience in providing project management administration services. Experience in Microsoft programs preferred and knowledge of Power Bi and SAP desired, but not essential. Exceptional stakeholder and time management skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and an outside the box approach to problem solving will ensure success in this role.
