  • Exciting permanent role as Operations Delivery Advisor from $98,581 + super

This is a diverse role focussing on operational delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will monitor and report compliance performance with several of our key compliance obligations under our Water Services Licence. You will also lead projects aimed at improving operational assurance and compliance performance across Operations Group. You will have the ability to negotiate and influence project stakeholders to achieve an agreement of initiative or change objectives. Regular communication with your key stakeholders will be fundamental to either discussing current performance against licence requirements, or progressing initiatives aimed at improving performance. What the role will involve:

Be an important contributor to effectively implementing change. Provide facilitation support to forums within Operations Group, focussed on performance improvement. Ultimately, you will develop and grow your knowledge of Operations.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience in collating and analysing performance data and reporting performance.
  • Experience in delivering and or leading change and initiatives projects.
  • Experience in process development and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated business improvement, change management and project management skills.
  • Exposure to Maximo and/or SAP is desirable.
  • A willingness to learn and positive can-do attitude will see you do well.
