This is an exciting 12 month Level 3 acting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive person to coordinate and oversee Section administrative duties, while providing high level support to the Operations Support Manager and Lead Team in an efficient and timely manner.

What the role will offer:

  • Provision of comprehensive administrative support service to Operations Support Lead team and extended PRFS lead team as required
  • Lead and coordinate the administrative function within Operations Support and ensure knowledge sharing of region
  • Lead team scheduling and diary management
  • Lead the organisation and coordination of travel, internal and external functions, including workshops, meetings, and seminars within Operations Support
  • Business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring compliance with corporate processes
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key stakeholders and committees as required
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to Operations Support programs of work

Key skills and experience:

  • Considerable administrative and support experience in a similar role within a large multifunctional organisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, and sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Sound computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with ease
