About the role:

We currently have a fixed term opportunity available until January 2027 for a Mobility Platform Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Manager – IT Service Delivery this role will lead the operational management and support of key mobility platforms, to ensure business solutions are supported on key operational platforms. The successful candidate will ensure there is alignment to and support of other team’s activities across the organisation.

What you can expect with this role:

  • Manage the operation of key mobility platforms within relevant IT Service lifecycle management process
  • Collaborate with business analysts, external service providers and business SME’s to ensure ongoing operations of mobility platforms aligns to the applications they support
  • Establish and embed metrics to measure the effectiveness of mobility platforms, and drive improvements
  • Ensure activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, procedures and standards

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant technology discipline
  • Considerable experience in supporting mobile platform solutions
  • Relevant experience in managing customer support issues in a diverse infrastructure environment which requires immediate responsiveness to maintain customer operation
  • Strong understanding across mobility platform components to enable the operational management of end to end mobility architectures and designs
  • Knowledge of common mobility platform monitoring tools
