About the role:

We are seeking a Lead – Digital Workplace Service Delivery to lead the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) streams within the organisation, across Service Desk, Desktop, Mobility and Regional IT Services. The role will be responsible for delivering organisational performance outcomes in accordance with the Corporation’s policies and procedures and agreed scope and requirements.

About you:

There are a few things we would like to see in your CV;

  • Tertiary level qualification in Information & Communications Technology, or a relevant business / IT area or substantial experience in IT Operations delivery and management
  • Substantial IT administration / coordination experience, including management of IT related contracts and projects
  • Substantial experience in vendor relationship management and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels.

What will your work look like?

  • Is the primary custodian of service delivery across all external service providers and internal technology teams who contribute to Digital Workplace Services
  • Manage and maintain the IT service catalogue, leveraging self-service capabilities, to ensure an optimal user experience for all customer groups
  • Build strong engagement with key stakeholders to ensure DWS Service Delivery aligns with business expectations and customer experience measures
  • Engages with service providers and partners to review service consumption, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Takes ownership of audit & risk responsibilities associated with operational IT Service Delivery, and makes recommendations to strategically strengthen the organisation's resilience posture
  • Acts as primary escalation point for all Digital Workplace services across Information Technology Services
