  • Salary: $ 93,249 (pro-rata) plus Super & Benefits.

About the role

During this part time (5 day fortnight) fixed term opportunity until 30th January 2026 based in Balcatta, you will provide timely and accurate advice and support relating to a range of customer business applications and information systems across the Corporation and contribute to optimise the Service Customer Enquiries and the Bill Customers Process in accordance with the Water Corporation Accountabilities Framework.

What you can expect with this role

  • Participate in enhancing the performance of key corporate customer related business processes through effective implementation of best practice systems and reporting structures to facilitate improved customer focus and service delivery.
  • Provision of frontline customer support services regarding resolution and advice on a range of customer business systems and applications.
  • Report or document changes, issues, and development regarding upgrades or implementation of new applications.
  • Provide coaching and development to end users regarding customer business applications.
  • Maintain customer business application tables and security.
  • Participate in the change management process.

Your skills and experience

  • Relevant experience in providing IT support functions into a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer orientation and service ethic.
  • Demonstrated capability to contribute to an effective team, team communication processes, and team commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated computing skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite of computing application.
  • Excellent communication skills.
