About the opportunity

We are excited to offer 2 job share opportunities for Part-Time Permanent Contract Administration Officer within our Asset Planning & Delivery Services team. You will work with the support of Manager Contract administration to deliver effective and efficient record management, document management and control support for major projects and the wider Project Management Business Unit. Your role is pivotal in the delivery of record & document management services to provide operational excellence whilst supporting the teams to meet project plan deliverables. This role will be based in our Leederville office reporting to the Manager Contract administration.

What the role will involve

  • Creates appropriate project files within the Quality Document Management System (QDMS) monitors the system to ensure that document recipients fulfil their responsibilities and creating transmittals with Nexus.
  • Liaise and work with the relevant major project ‘Alliance’ document controllers and ability to manage multiple Document Management Systems, (EDMS)systems.
  • Quality checking of documentation and ability to self -audit/control on behalf of a project team. Assist the team with delivery of record management by distribution of documentation in a timely matter to project stakeholders and team members in line with Project requirements

  • Previous experience in Project administration or record management environment within a large organisation.

  • Proficient Microsoft suite knowledge
  • Strong communication, organisation skills and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with working within a highly technical role that requires attention to detail
