This permanent full-time role is a great opportunity to better yourself in the water industry!
A Senior Civil Operator is required to lead and coordinate the operational maintenance of our complex wastewater systems extending across the Wellington district including Waroona, Donnybrook, Collie, and surrounding towns.
You will possess a high degree of leadership and planning skills.
You will mentor and share your knowledge and skills by providing advice to Trainees, Operators, whilst liaising with the Shire and stakeholders ensuring legislative and company compliance.
Always one to use your initiative and take ownership, you will endeavour for the best outcomes for the business and your team. For instance, being on the front foot of preventative maintenance, interpreting data analysis on SCADA, reporting faults, and ultimately looking at our schemes to understand the prospective problems before they become a big costly issue!
Enjoy the happy mix between working in office and working outdoors. You will be reporting to a Team Leader who will set you up for success.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity will help you to grow and develop. This position has become available as our current Operator has diversified into another role at Water Corporation. This is the beauty of working at a great place where there is opportunity for career progression.
