About the role:

We have a 6 month fixed term opportunity, based in our Leederville office, for a Principal - Change to lead, advise and govern the design of change across the transformation portfolio.

This role will be key role in applying the Water Corporation’s Organisational Change Management Framework and tools to design the change management approach and planning for a key Transformation project. As part of our Transformation Office, this role will be key in ensuring that change management has been effectively embedded within the project business case and benefits to deliver greater value for Water Corporations customers, community and owner by ensuring successful delivery of the this project as part of our Transformation.

About you:

There are a few things we would like to see in your application;

You will have a degree in a related discipline, along with significant experience in implementing organisational wide change initiatives for a large multidiscipline organisation. Your extensive experience and knowledge in the technical design and implementation of change management processes, practices, tools and techniques, including workshop design and facilitation will ensure future success

What will your work look like?

  • Develop the change management approach and plan for an operating model change project
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Corporation including the Transformation Office, IT Group, and People team.
  • Apply the Corporations Change Management Framework and tools to define the change and develop the change approach and artefacts for inclusion in the project business case
  • Provide guidance on application of the change management framework and tools to the Project team and Sponsor to drive effective change management planning and execution
  • Conduct change readiness assessments to measure sentiment and develop plans to improve readiness
  • Partner with project teams and Internal Comms advisors respectively to drive consistent effective communications
