About your role
You are a trusted Senior Principal required to influence and partner with the business and external market to strengthen and uplift how the business plans and delivers our Asset Investment Program (Major Infrastructure Capital Works). This program is made up of 700+ projects over a $2.2b five year rolling program. Over the next 5-10 years these figures are projected to significantly increase with the inclusion of new water sources, treatment, networks and future State and Industrial development projects. You will bring your industry and commercial experience and be a key member of the Capital Delivery team to drive this transformation.
We are looking for a strategic thinker, who can connect the dots. Our Capital Delivery transformation initiative will enhance investment decision-making, improve visibility and transparency across cost, risk and performance and deliver supply chain efficiencies. The initiative strongly aligns with Infrastructure Australia’s “Delivering Outcomes” which provides recommendations to support industry reform in the way infrastructure is planned, procured, delivered, and managed with increased industry participation. It also aligns with Infrastructure WA “Foundations for a Stronger Tomorrow” and reforms to address market capacity and improve productivity.

Financial Analysis and Modelling
Key skills and experience
You’ll have a qualification in a Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Project Management or Engineering, with significant experience in all areas of Capital Delivery with considerable experience in planning, design or delivery of business and technology transformation, knowledge of change management and program delivery. Your demonstrated leadership, and ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence stakeholders and senior management will ensure success in this role. Key experience required:
