About the role:
We have a permanent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Officer. Based at the Beenyup Advanced Water Recycling Plant in Craigie, you will be responsible for providing administrative and business management support to Maintenance and Operations teams and manage various information systems.
This role is suitable for someone of entry level wanting to get experience and ownership with operational business administration and non-operational contractor management.
You are someone that enjoys working with people and is a team player.

What the role will involve:
Business support tasks including processing payroll allowances and reporting of financials.
Administrative support such as minute taking, filing, reception, and document preparation.
Billing and reconciliation of tankered waste customers.
Information Management including the maintenance of various database and information systems relating to Works Management (SAP PM), Quality Management, OSH, and operations.
Procurement approvals & purchase orders.
Manage Plant contracts for regular servicing, ground and building maintenance, and report on monthly financial performance.
Maintain payment of invoices and records of monthly expenditure.
