Warehouse Area Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Area Lead to join our Logistics team at our Broadmeadows site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily deliveries and operational requirements of raw materials at our Logistics Hub, ensuring seamless support for our internal customers.

This is a fixed term contract until 12 January 2026.

Your Role

Reporting to the Inbound Area Team Manager, you will:

  • Manage resources and processes to achieve on time and correct raw material receipting and supply with no interruption to manufacturing/ production planning.
  • Direct and control activities for the Plasma Scanning team to meet the Master Production Schedule.
  • Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliant, including adherence to inventory control processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices by actively reviewing warehouse operations and processes.
  • Ensure the warehouse and team comply with all HS&E requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical.
  • Experience working in cGMP, Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) environments.
  • Proficiency with Management Systems, RF Scanning systems, and ERP systems (SAP or LOGIC).
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
  • Knowledge of hazardous/dangerous goods storage and handling.
  • Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
