Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager – Shell Card. This leadership position within Shell Card will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise & Fleet - Key Account Managers nationally, fostering growth of the portfolio and development of the team to deliver amazing results.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and fostering the development of the Enterprise & Fleet Key Account Managers
  • Growth of the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio C3 & volume
  • Setting and delivering clear strategy for the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio
  • Working with KAMs to development and execute customer strategic account plans, fostering partnerships
  • Developing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
  • Robust marketing execution (in collab with Marketing Manager & Shell Card Marketing)
  • Navigating internal and external stakeholders to deliver key outcomes
  • This role will require capability in tender development, contracts and pricing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-8 years sales experience
  • Extensive account management, strategy, pricing, contract and tendering experience. Experience in marketing roles will be advantageous.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high degree of commerciality and transferable skills developed through relevant roles.
